It is necessary for all to maintain a healthy weight. People who are overweight increase risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, breathing problems, etc. For healthy weight, people must balance the amount of calories in the foods and drinks. Fiber is found in plant foods like whole-grain breads and cereals, beans and peas, and other vegetables and fruits. Some dietary fat is good for health. A diet with less total fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol is good. Select a diet that provides not more than 30% of total calories from fat. Saturated fat raises blood cholesterol. Reducing it to less than 10% of calories will help you lower your blood cholesterol level. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat reduce blood cholesterol. Partially hydrogenated vegetable oils contain trans-fatty acids that may raise blood cholesterol levels. Opting foods with less cholesterol and saturated fat will help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Because maintaining nutritious diet and healthy weight is important, sugars should be used in moderation by most healthy people and sparingly by people with low-calorie needs. One should avoid too much of sodium chloride.  One common form is sodium chloride, better known as table salt. Sodium plays an essential role in regulation of fluids and blood pressure. Many high blood pressure people try to reduce by consuming less salt or sodium.

Worst food you should never eat:

The foods which you eat should be eaten properly. Try to avoid the foods which have lots of carbohydrates. The worst food is doughnut which has this has always amused me because the foods choices on most other diet programs such as low-fat/low-calorie programs are a lot more limited in their food choices than low-carbohydrates is the foods on low-carbohydrate are so incredibly delicious and satisfying even while you are losing weight lot of carbohydrate.  This is important enough to commit refraining from eating anything that could be incredible weight loss. Doughnuts represent a timeout for dietary considerations.

2. Sour: Sour refreshes the being, encourage elimination of wastes, lessens spasms and tremors, and improves appetite and digestion
3. Salty: Salty eliminates wastes and cleanses the body, and increases the digestive capacity and appetite.
4. Pungent: It improves the appetite. Strong Taste is productive of extroversion, the tendency to excitement and stimulation, and particularly the craving for intensity.
5. Bitter: It increases appetite, and controls skin diseases and fevers bitter taste
6. Astringent: It heals, purifies and constricts all parts of the body. It reduces all secretions, and is anti-aphrodisiac.

The worst food you have eaten is spicy food, such as Indian, Thai, Mexican, etc. in some spicy food there is too much of oils and many ingredients it might cause you diarrhea. The person that is used to it has undergone a process of morbid adaptation, where the protecting itself from the harsh spices by hardening its surfaces. This protects against the harmful effect of spices to some extent, but at the same time it greatly diminishes assimilation, no the food eaten doesn't benefit the body very much.
